    Calcium Plus Vitamin D

    Calcium is known to help with keep weight low plus since you’re probably not eating tons of diary products it’s a good way to get the much needed mineral. Remember… your body can only absorb 500 MG at a time so get one with 500 MG in each tablet and aim to get 1200-1500 MG in a day.

    L-Carnitine

    Although L-carnitine has been marketed as a weight-loss supplement, there is no scientific evidence to show that it improves weight loss; however, some studies show that oral carnitine reduces fat mass, increases muscle mass, and reduces fatigue.
